Stupid ebay sellers

If an ebay seller offers you a product refund and an additional $20 to remove negative feedback, should you take it?

So after 2 FUCKING MONTHS, I finally receive my product.

Too bad I already got my refund, left bad feedback and reported them to ebay for lying about their shipping location.
