I have figured it all out. And by all I don't really mean all, I just mean something. And that something is why the world is so messed up. Humans you could say (and I'd agree with you) but what about humans. Well here it is

well, a lack of responsibility just means that no one wants to take the blame. it's such a part of who people are that it's a bit difficult to just, 'get rid' of it.
