I have not updated my resume in 6 years. Any suggestions? Is it proper to use summary design or the new bulletpoint design? Please, any help would be much appreciated. I need to get this done asap.

Don't put Sexy Queen of the Universe on your resume. It may be true, but most employers are not looking for that. ^_^
