OK, I'm sorry to do this, but it's been a week, and I'm going to lock the posts again. It was never my intention for them to be public posts long-term, and considering the drama that occurred in the comments, I'm not keen on this stuff sitting open on my front page forever. I'll gladly e-mail you the text if you're interested, or perhaps if you want to give me a specific window of time in which you'd like to browse the comments, let me know and I'll do my best to accommodate that. I do feel that I should warn you that it is a lot of reading.
