So I'm pretty much trying to decide if I want to study biochemistry at UCLA or at Brandeis (outside of Boston). Considering the fact that both programs are of equal quality, I'm not sure which I should pick.

Any suggestions?

well.... ucla is ucla. la is fun. but it is kind of scene-ish. depends on what kinds of jews you like. more cuter jews available at ucla probably.... more religious soon-to-be jewish mothers at brandeis maybe.
ok that's not really important, but then again maybe it is. depends on where you want to settle later bc you'll make your connections through that school. do you want to have a network on the east coast or in california? where do you want your first job(s)? weather preferences?

so it sounds like you must have gotten in to those schools... so much for being of scared of not getting in anywhere. i told you haha. congratulations ethan, you earned your choice. now have fun choosing. and then have fun in grad school...

Austin is a great place to study! That's where I am now.
