[Téa is wandering around town, looking super confused! When she sees someone who doesn't look like one of those creepy drones, though, she goes over.]

[She does look rather confused. Perhaps she's new? Neal smiles amiably.]

Huh. Well, I read that pamphlet and heard about the Police Chief and stuff... I was coming by to see if it's true.

[ Basco's out on one of his exploring-rounds before he goes to work, and spots a stranger at the Police Station. He eyes him suspiciously for a moment, because he isn't really fond of cops. But since this is another universe, he has yet to commit any real crimes yet. So he heads up to the man, wearing a smile on his face. ]
