Crossing Jordan/Boomtown

I have got to be watching one of the most boring, horribly acted movies around.

Why isn't Boomtown on? Also, when did it get announced Crossing Jordan wouldn't be on?

I don't know why Boomtown isn't on...I'm wonering that myself. Crossing Jordan will be back in winter. Jill Hennessy (sp?) is pregnant and they didn't what to write it into the show, so they postponed filming till after she has the baby.

One person I know said they think NBC isn't wanting to compete with the playoffs, but if that's it, why did they show Miss Match?

No clue. Miss Match is supposedly already doing horrible in the ratings so I guess they figured it wouldn't be much worse for it with the playoffs.

miss match was failing miserably so they put boomtown on a brief hiatus and are showing miss match in that time slot.

wrong...Boomtown's ratings dipped significantly. They're debating moving it back to its Sunday time slot.

Jill Hennessey is preggers and that's why it's postponed.
