Recently I've been doing this trivia night thing at a local bar. They ask questions and various teams try to figure out the answers without the use of their iPhones. I'm on a team with some other grad students in my department.
Last week one of the questions was about this 8 bit Dr. Horrible thing. The guy asking the questions showed a little bit of it on the projector, and then asked what was the name of Dr. Horrible's nemesis in the short internet film on which this was based. And I was like, duh. But it was pretty clear from the ambient mumbling in the room that most people didn't know the answer, because apparently Cornell people suck. But then the video on the projector goes on a little longer, and the text-box says something about Captain Hammer. And then the guy asking the questions was all "oh fuck." So everyone got that question right, even though they didn't really know the answer. My team was annoyed.
