So, based on some book recommendations and the obvious need for some change, I’ve started picking up nutrition-type books. mostly in regards to balancing brain chemistry back out and eating healthy, as well as some regarding food allergies (i think i may be allergic to wheat and already KNOW i’m allergic to dairy. blah). i ordered 5-htp and L-Tyrosine (so far). i'm REALLY curious about the L-Tyrosine. I had every single symptom for being low. The rest of the sections I am reading, but thinking i'll start with those ones so far...they seemed like a good place to start. Which ones are you trying out, again? The Zakka Sewing looked like fun. I can't wait to look through it. I'll have to check out that handmade bags and skirts too. The Altered Curiosities book is a bunch of "assemblage" projects (box collages and what not). They seem kinda fun, and I could see some of the assemblage projects turning into more creepy halloween decorations. I flipped through I Like You, but realized I need to read it as opposed to flip through it. Ha. That is the good thing about craft project books..you only need to read the projects that actually look cute.
