So Jerry Falwell passed away today.  Should I feel like an asshole for really not having anything good to say about him?  I mean, I'm sure it's hard on his family and whatnot, but his life's work was a fairly negative force in the world, at least to this particular outsider.  His whole movement was based on religious fanaticism and intolerance, and

1) It sort of bugs me that people get touchy about saying mean things once people have freshly passed. I mean if the guy's a douche bag on Monday, him being dead on Tuesday doesn't really change that. *sigh*
