Yes it would only matter if its someone out of the 714 area code meaning when I get home if I were to call you I'd have to dial the 1-714, and I think that if I ever get a cell phone I'd actually call you, mainly 'cause cells know no long distance, at least not the plans my parents and Derek have... or if you were to call me I'd talk, but who'd wanna talk to me anyways?
