Wow, this is a first for me... today I got my first message from a headhunter who wanted me to take a senior test engineer position at another fairly well known Bay Area company. Ive never had the jobs go looking for ME before! Feels nice

I can always take a resume for working here if ya wanna email it to me. But the positions I hire for are all contract work (max 1 year with 3 mo. cool down) With a chance to hire on if something opens up.

Don't just flat out turn 'em down. Discuss it with 'em and explain where your skillsets lie and let THEM make the decision.

What if I have absolutely no interest in moving at the time being regardless of what they say. Not to mention I found out they've already got in trouble with our company before (they are a partner) for trying to poach employees.
