I feel like a bug on a windshield

Everything had been going good, I had alot of work to do but life was good. Then I went to do something that was supposed to be routin and I got blindsided by some really bad news. I felt and still do feel like a bug on a windshield. I am in pain inside and out. I dont know what to do so I am just avoiding it which I think is prolly bad.
