tablescapes for "spring tea"

My MOPS group is having a "spring tea" (tea optional!), and I usually host a table. I usually bring a ugly off white tablecloth with my cheap-looking white and silver china and then load the table with bunches of fresh light purple, dark purple and white lilacs from my yard. It looks okay, but not great.

I have lots of china, but I don't know how
