Just got back from a 2.1 mile run :) sweating so much i love it.

About to drink a 100 calorie, 2g of fat & 18g protein, protein shake as my lunch!

EVERYONE, go out there and exercise today!! get rid of any slip or fall that happened this weekend! NEW WEEK; NEW START!
