Not quite a good year, I guess.

Well, this year certainly hasn't been the best for me. I kinda lost my job. Why? Just some overly cryptic, bullshit coporate response in which apparently umbrellas a lot of reasons that they just can't be bothred to explain. Anyway, Texas is an at will state regardless. Whatever. I feel good now that I don't work at the shit store anymore. Blessing ( Read more... )

Sorry to hear that :( but yeah it may be for the best in the long run if it was that shitty. I kinda wish I would lose my job sometimes so I'd have an excuse to not have to go to it (but then again I'm broke as it is)

They send you a formal letter telling you to pull up your weeds? Wow they certainly have THEIR priorities in life straight.

Edward preordered Aion and I saw him play it this weekend. I might get it but idk, it's still pretty damn Korean with its outdated MMO ideas from 10 years ago like player shops (which means I 'll probably be inexplicably addicted to it for years ugh damn you RO) But it does look nice.

Surprisingly there are some pretty damn good RPGs on the 360. But yeah these days they seem to all be on portables cause I guess it's cheaper to make them. I am looking forward to the Persona remake on PSP though.

Sorry I haven't really kept in touch with you lately. And it sucks because I can't even go down there now since I still don't have a car. gay

LOL It's okay. Aion looks like a typical korean MMO, but it's pretty damn fun, actually. I enjoy killing people. It does have player shops and an auction house(called broker.) Most people put up shops because they don't wanna get kicked out of the game for afking. Maybe I should go see you sometime. (insert smiley with sunglasses, because that's pretty cool.)

Yeah, I have a 360. I just have Star Ocean right now. Just finished Tales of Vesperia and it was okay. Nowhere near as good as Abyss, imo. But still pretty fun.

Man, Jim and I would fail if we had a HOA. Our yard is looking a bit like a jungle right now. It's been a couple weeks since weather and time have cooperated with us getting out and doing yard work.

I recently acquired an old DS, but I'm having trouble finding any RGPs that I want to play on that besides the newest Suikoden game. lame.

Phantom Hourglass, FF4, Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia, Disgaea DS, and you could always try to find a copy of Tales of Phantasia for gameboy advance. Also, there's a Chocobo game on the DS. And Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles.
