I had the worst dream that zombies were chasing me and were biting off my flesh...when the last one bit my hand, I woke up with the most horrible pain in my arm. I really have to stop these dreams

oh no zombies...watch what u eat be4 bed becuz some food causes nightmares...yea i heard that in my psych class..i don't really buy it...just passing on the flawed wisdom to someone else...
