I meant to read this when I came back from vacation and got distracted.

She remembers the weight of his eyes on her shoulder blades -- as if she wasn’t carrying enough weight, the past a stuffed backpack.

This is the totality of Cameron from her point of view. How absolutely amazing that you summed her up in one sentence. *shakes head*

She dares him to wake up.

*shivers*

There is the invitation, and a tenderness hurts her heart. Unravels everything.

Ohh, I SO need more of this.
