haha, I learned it is a potassium defiency when your muscles twitch, so I ate a banana! Yay for bananas! :)

i'll try bananas next time it happens. the thing is though, when i twitch i twitch for like days at a time. the only problem is i don't really notice it and then it gets worse and worse and my parents notice it and they're like mara stop twitching and i'm like i can't because i don't know that i'm doing it! that's my story
