I totally forgot about this! I spend so much time pretending it's not canon that I never actually think of it as real anymore. I'm with you on this one!

Hee. Well they're good choices anyway. As you probably noticed I kept the first two. (The bf is a firefighter so the smoke made sense, and I had chai on our first date. And coffee is just the greatest thing known to man.)

I don't know why I dislike it so much; I never could put my finger on just what it was. But his last words to Harry being "look...at...me" is just...creepy. And I wonder how the film is going to make that work. I assume with some cheesy floaty, dream-like image of Lily overlapping Harry's eyes. But I guess I was just mad that THAT was the big reason why Harry's eyes were ~*SO*~ important. Nothing magical or anything, just Snape being a bit of a creeper.
