Thanks! It's definitely an adventure. Pictures will probably go up once the first one is finished, because I'm too impatient to wait to finish the second one. :)

So instead of reading "crochet sock problem" I read crotch sock problem and then had to sit for a minute and try to figure out what kind of problem could possibly involve crotches and socks. Then I just re-read it the right way :P

Thanks. It's mostly a lot of trial and error, and I'm already finding little things that I want to do differently on sock number two but...overall it's fun and interesting.

I know that crochet eats up yarn like crazy, but Dream in Color has TONS of yardage. I've actually never been able to use up an entire skein and still have remnants from 2 skeins after multiple projects. :D

Good luck! I can't wait to see pictures (hint!) of your crocheted socks. They're on my to-do list.
