Soooooo...been busy lately. Cleaning, working, socking. Oh yes. The sock is coming along pretty well. I've reached the ankle and now I'm a bit stuck. I've done this sort of fan/shell pattern throughout the body of the sock and I can't decide if I should continue it above the ankle or just go back to sc or maybe fpdc/bpdc for ribbing. I was hoping it'd be pictures! That sock looks gorgeous! This yet again affirms my dislike for wearing socks and shoes together, why hide a beautiful sock like that beneath a shoe?

Yes! I think that every time I look at sock patterns. They're so pretty. I kind of want to start a trend of wearing open shoes and fun socks. Make it the new "in thing." But it would only work with cute socks. I still can't stand the white socks with sandals thing. ick.

I always thought socks were beyond me since I'm no knitter, but that is lookin' pretty awesome!
Anyway, I'm back on LJ under a new name, cineritious, so that's where the add is coming from. :)

Why thank you. I kinda just modified a pattern from a book to work in the round.

ooo sock! I know what you mean about the camera not picking up all the colors. The pattern is very lovely :)

Yeah, cameras are frustrating, but it does an okay job. Thanks. I kinda just modified a pattern from a book to work in the round but I'm really happy with how it's coming out.
