I got all excited yesterday about getting involved in Radio 1190. I was really excited about meeting cool people and doing cool things and being involved in engineering and such. But it's hard to be involved when so much has already been established, and everyone involved is so judgemental and assumes that anyone new knows absolutely nothing. I
