I've never (yet) bought or owned an Apple device, but I do love what they do to any market they enter. Tablet PCs have been around for ages but now everyone is launching new devices that will be vastly superior to those that came before, as they struggle to match the iPad for usability (as well as no doubt trouncing it on spec and open-ness

Cable box, or equivalent - I know there's Apple TV, but I can’t plug that into my cable service. I've loathed the interface on every cable TV box I've used. And Sky+ is no better. Needs someone who actually understands how to make consumer devices easy to use.

Ugh, yes, for all Sky+'s lovely functionality (compared to what came before), the interface SUCKED.

Google TV is the one to watch out for though, I think.
