Big Lots can be good for curtains and drapes, unless you're looking for something fancy.

Nothing fancy needed... just, blue (perfer) and a standard size.

Don't think so. There's one on N 26th and Pearl (I think it's 26th...it's in the Westgate shopping center) and one down on 72nd and Portland.
