Does anyone know how to limit BitTorrent from sending so many requests out (even when you have uploading set to 4K/Sec max) and completely clogging a half megabit upstream connection?
I'm seeing dozens of outgoing requests a second on my router.

I really need a new bed... I never sleep good anymore, leaving my chronically fatigued, and I'm in so much pain from it... It's getting to be a serious problem. even moderate ones cost so damned much.
I want a bike too, so I can ride that around the area for exercise.
I'll settle for a bed.
