i am so relieved that i have picked a house, and it is (almost) done. my option period has expired, so I'm locked in, and closing is set for March 31. now, it's just about making what i have awesome, and i think there is great potential. it needs some updating, but it will be a cute little rabbit den when I get done with it. :)
