These last twelve days have been some of the most challenging yet, fun days of my entire life. I learned so many unexplainable lessons and have become close to so many people. Tomorrow I will embark on the 12 day trip to the east coast to perform in front of thousands. Yes all at one time at one of the shows (maybe two). I am definitly going to miss all of my friends alot. So... I'm up in diamond bar right now. I have rehearsal in 4 hours. We got back this morning at 6 from the arizona. Oy.... It was so damn hot. I marched last night and did not so great. Partly because it was so hot and i'm sick. But it felt good to finally be a part of the drum corps. It only took me two years of rehearsing with one to get there. ( Read more... )

Last night I was reminded of something. I realized why i decided to put myself through pain and suffering for about four hours a day. Why I work so hard to march and play.
