there is a certain sense of joy one gets from running the board/setting up for a show. it is unlike any other, i have decided, especially if it is done well and at the last minute. i had fun last night. even if it was a rather pathetic excuse for a show. battle of the bands was good, but the lighting was....well, i had fun with it. hurray for

And at least the school didn't buy the gobos. Either Young Vic or another theatre company left them here. ^__^

Did we unplug the fucked up light-with-gobo? I don't remember....

oh, well, that's good...i wonder why it only happened in that light...it's not the gobos, i don't think...i'm pretty sure they were rosco gobos, and those don't usually melt after a few hours of limited use....

i don't think we unplugged it. you made a sign, but unless you unplugged it...i know i didn't...well, we'll find out soon.
