So, I got a stellar performance review and a pretty good raise - "pretty good" here meaning "less than I was secretly hoping for, but much more than I told myself they'd offer," so I'm pleased enough to have gone RIGHT out and spent way too much winning an ebay feeding frenzy for this adorableness:
