It's the saddest thing in the world when you finally have to leave the place you love the most. Everyone else seems to be at least mildly excited about the prospect of returning to the States, but I really can't think of anything more depressing. I don't even look forward to being on the dollar again, and think how much shopping I could do then, ( Read more... )

I just want you to know that I'm sorry you have to leave, but I'm happy you'll be coming back. We've missed you. I'm leaving Boston May 7th, and I won't be back until at least Sept. 1. Emily and Linda will be around though. Hope everything goes well....and I'm sorry I don't reply as often as I should :)

Well, I'm glad that you all miss me. Which probably makes me sound very vain and obnoxious or something like that. Which isn't good, but I don't really give a damn.

So my new plan is to spend a semester in Dublin sometime in the future (i.e. next spring) - want to come with me? I was just there for a few days, and it's an amazing city. Plus we could go to London all the time and also Belfast (where I am now) where they have these really cool Northern Ireland accents. So much cooler than a plain Ireland accent. And the money looks cool. In an over-priced sort of way.
