1. Who or what is on your computer's wallpaper?
A picture I took in Oxford. I think the street it's of is called Logic Lane. Which amused me, so i took a picture. Then again, it could be some other random street. It's definitely in Oxford, though.
2. Go through your DVD/pre-bought video collection. Which three actors or actresses feature the most in them?
Don't actually feel like looking through them, but I'd say a fair guess would make Cary Grant and Audrey Hepburn at the top of that list.
3. Go through your book shelves. Which three authors have written the most books?
Most of my books are in a different time zone, so again I'm guessing, JK Rowling, Garth Nix, and - a remnant of a high school obsession - Anne Rice. I loved those vampire chronicles books back then.
4. And what about CDs?
Definitely Red Hot Chili Peppers. Also, if it counts, I have a great many Les Mis soundtracks (five). After that I'd say it's probably Stroke 9 (more remnants of high school).
4. Open up the picture folder(s) on your hard drive. Who appears most frequently?
I don't take pictures of people that often, actually, so probably no one person appears that much. Or maybe my cat, if she can count as a person for this.
6. And what about your Livejournal user pictures? Who is on the majority of those?
They're all different: a koala, a cartoon character the species of which I cannt remember, and Les Mis.
I have lately become the most lazy person I know. I have so much work to get done, and I'm not doing any of it. Not really. I have two more acts of a screenplay to write by not this Friday but the next one and I also really, really need to start storyboarding my first film. Also, find someone to be in it.
And speaking, as I did above, of Cary Grant and actresses named Hepburn (this time Katharine), I saw 'The Philadelphia Story' for the first time today, and oh my god, it was great. I can't believe I've let that DVD sit in my DVD collection for so long and never watched it. Thank god for professors having us watch it in class. Seriously, there are few things funnier, I think, than Jimmy Stewert and Katharine Hepburn playing drunk. Especially him. There were so many great lines, but I really liked this one:
"Doggone it, CK Dexter Haven, either I'm gonna sock you or you're gonna sock me!"
"Should we toss a coin?"
Oh so wonderful. Why can't Hollywood make films like they used to?
Also, I finally got around to doing my laundry. Which was a very good thing. Next, I'll go grocery shopping, and then I'll have clean clothes and food to eat, and I'll consider the day a success.
