I had my baby shower today.  It was so much fun, it was just my family and they all got me such wonderful things.  I am really so blessed to have them.  I got a ton of stuff that I absolutely love.  Its amazing how much better that works out when people actually look on the registry and buy from that rather than just buying stuff from any place. 

I was just reading some of Matts old blogs, from like 3 years ago. Wow its amazing what we've gone though as a couple. I was reading it and I just couldnt help but cry as I remembered some of the things we went though to get to where we are today. It was rough, but we made it and it made us stronger. Things are so perfect right now. Matt is comfortably settled into our house and I feel right at home there as well when I am there. Last night we had our first "family dinner" there (ie. So Matt and I went to look at paint colors yesterday. Apparently we cant do this without a fight. I am going for calming, earthy tone colors for the kitchen dining area that will allow us to put what ever we want in the room and not have it clash with the wall color.
