I am basically without any internet access or television since I got to Santa Barbara. Slight dementia, but I believe that the reading, conversation, deep introspection, rehearsals and lecture sessions are really expanding. Luckily, nothing is too intense so I am able to enjoy summer--all the benefits, none of the drawbacks. Good times
