last night Brent and I thought it would be a great idea to sail from the Normandy Park cove to the Des Moines Marina. Halfway through the wind just stopped and it go to dark for us to sail without being hit by motor boats. So we paddled all the way to shore and I carried the boat on my back up Marine View Park and called my Dad to pick us up.

He is pretty tall and strong. We went on a three day hike and he was always way far ahead of everyone else carrying one of the heaviest packs.
