End of Month thoughts: April Fitness Minutes

At the end of March I declared that I was setting up a Fitness Minutes goal for April. My goal was 600 fitness minutes (minutes being defined here as aerobic exercise).

How did I do?

Thanks! I was pretty impressed with myself, actually. It's been an exercise in comparing myself against myself, not against others. Am I able to do more than last year at this time? Six months ago? Two months ago? Then GREAT! Nevermind what those other people are doing...
