Four months after Yunhos discharge from the hospital, the hospital got a notice that they found a suitable heart for Jaejoong. Immediately requesting for the heart it arrived just two days later and Jaejoong was taken into surgery.
Yunho who was waiting outside, was anxious. The percentage of Jaejoong surviving and living again was at 70%, more than enough to hope to his dear boyfriend back again.
After a four hour long wait the surgeon finally stepped out of the room and smiled happily at Yunho.
“The surgery was a success! He should be awake in a few hours!” Patting Yunho on his shoulder the surgeon walked happily away.
This were the best news Yunho ever heard.
Jumping out of joy he rushed to Jaejoongs room. He had a few hours left so he started to practice for a special occasion.

Yunho was sitting beside Jaejoongs bed when the latter started to stir and move.
Slowly opening his eyes Jaejoong looked around the room until his eyes landed on Yunho.
“Y-Yunho...?” His whisper was barely audible but Yunho still heard him. Jaejoong looked at Yunho who had now tears in his eyes.
“I'm here Jae. I'm here.. I'm so glad you come back. You don't even know how much I missed you!
Jae.. Jaejoongie I love you so much. I promise you that I'll love you until the day comes when we both are going to die..."
Slightly squeezing Jaejoongs hand Yunho took out a small red box out of his pocket. He waited until Jaejoong came to his senses and would understand what he was about to do.
“Yunho.. I love you,too. I'm so glad you're alive but.. what are you talking about..?
Are you.. are you perhaps trying to propose to me?” Stunned Jaejoong looked at Yunho who got up to kneel down beside Jaejoongs bed.
“Yes, my love I am proposing to you.
You gave me your heart in order to safe me. You knew that you could have died but you still did it only for me. I want to give you my heart too but sadly I can't because my original one is destroyed and this one keeping me alive is already yours. So, I decided to give me to you. Unconditionally I'll be yours, with my body and my soul, always yours.
I promise to always love you until the very end and cherish and spoil you to your and my hearts contend. So say, Kim Jaejoong, do you want to marry me and accept my as yours?” Yunho looked at Jaejoong with hopeful eyes.
“Please say yes...”, he murmured and earned himself a chuckle from Jaejoong.
“Please don't make me laugh Yunho, it hurts. And of course I will marry you you dummy. Or do you think I would risk my life for everyone?”
“Of course not...” Smiling Yunho put the simple yet beautiful ring on Jaejoongs finger.
Sealing their promise to love each other with a kiss they married a few months later when Jaejoong was fully healed.
Spending many many years together and sharing many sweet memories and love confessions and keeping precious promises they lived a happy life. ♥
