Carpe Diem. These are years you'll never be able to get back. And think of it this way: if you don't do it now, will you be kicking yourself in the future because you had the perfect opportunity and turned it down? You have obviously thought about it thoroughly and it sounds like you have logically worked out the kinks thus far. I would definitely say GO FOR IT! What do you have to lose?
