Oh sweetie, I wish there was something that I could do to help you more! What you should do until you know a portion size like the back of your hand is to meal plan. Plan your meals a day in advance. If possible eat 5 smaller meals of about 300 calories each. Your body then doesnt feel like it is starving, and it is a constant intake so your body wont hold on to as much of it. When you are comforable with knowing a portion size without looking on a package then the meal planning will be a mute point.
