This was at the bottom of an email from my apartment complex management:

"As a side note, please be aware that removing shopping carts from grocery stores is illegal, but if you choose to bring it to Stevens Court, you need to return it."

I wonder what events prompted that!

We used to have a little grocery cart convention going on outside of the old Maxi Pad in the U-district... our landlords didn't seem to care, though. :p
