For bras, try Decent Exposures. (Use the obvious URL.) Nothing frilly, but they come in all kinds of patterns and colors, and their size ranges in band size from 30-54 inches and in cup size from AA to L. They ARE expensive (nothing else in my wardrobe is as expensive, except my Birkies), but if you rotate them decently, and wash them properly, they last a very long time.

I don't' work for them, but I am a VERY satisfied customer!

Look into the Hema-plex supplement. I've found it great for iron deficiency. It also has B12 in it.

Come visit me and we'll go to http://petticoatfair.com/.

oh and also. modern, store-bought toothpaste actually strips the enamel from your teeth and makes them more sensitive and prone to bad stuff. same for modern shampoo, it sort of strips and irritates your hair, making it actually get more oily than it would otherwise. it's a marketing ploy to get you to continuously buy toothpaste/shampoo, and they knew about it even in the 1800's in the US and warned people against it, but it's just that the big companies won out ( ... )
