1. Competition among coffee shops is tough. Just keep that in mind as you begin.

2. Staying open until midnight would be nice.

3. Think of a gimmick. Like a picture of you in tighty whities on each coffee mug.

Hey man I know you wanted me to get a live journal for a long time, infact that was along time ago, I like the idea!!! go for the coffe house shouldnt be that hard for you.
