this weekend, my VSC, TRAC OFF, and Check Engine lights came on in the toaster.  TRAC OFF is for Traction and we think VSC has something to do with Stability Control and that the check engine light is attached to those as well

Wow. I'm super impressed by the running! I've never been interested in jogging or running, but I've been trying to do more when I'm at the gym. It is just not my favorite.

running outside is completely different than running on a treadmill. i wouldnt be able to keep it up if it was just on a treadmill.

I got the conditioning program on jeff galloway's site, so you might find something interesting there. :)
