Hey, it's that time of year! Time for me to justify my continued account here on LJ by posting my Derby analysis (which is of course boringly mundane and appallingly uninformed in some regards. Hey, I'm a complete amateur, don't take my advice!)

I'm excited for the Oaks as well this year. Would be funny if Untapable and Tapiture both won. :)

Pablo Del Monte just scratched, too. I hate rooting for favorites and he seems to be overrated, but California Chrome is really the only horse I can root for in this bunch. Plus, I love the number 5 so who knows!
