I've been a bit off kilter since P-Con ended. Shari has been out of one of her prime medications that keeps her from being hypomanic (sp?). She's been having nightly dreams that have her convulsing in bed at night, and waking up from nightmares. The other day I had to hold her while she cried in fear. Shari is really blessed to have you by her side. As someone who has had bouts of mental illness, I can tell you that having a supportive and caring partner is invaluable for surviving and recovering from situations like this ( ... )

Kenaz!!! We surely missed you at P-Con! Shari is doing better, and sleeping better. But, that info on Geodone was interesting...thanks! Say hi to Kathy from the MacLeod's ;-) I doubt we'll be going back east, at least that far north. I go to Alexandria, Virginia on occasion, but that's about it. Hopefully we'll see you next P-Con!
