Oooh...thats looks absolutely good. The cookware makes it look explosive too! LOL. Incidentally, the chicken at costco (8 1/2 breast including ribs) is really moist and yummy. Don't get the pre seasoned ones (teriyaki, mediterranean, herb and lemon), I tried and it was horrible.

Yeah, I didn't notice that about the cookware until after uploading the photo. I keep forgetting about Costco! I associate that place with 24-packs of toilet paper, gigantic tubs of red vines and cheap liquor.
