So I've taken a new outlook on this whole thing with work. Basically, I'm not going to fight it any more. I'm not going to try and make people see that favorites aren't being played by Edgar and I'm just going to keep to myself. If I'm going to be stuck here then I'm going to start putting my all into this job, not doing it well is really starting

You should start "training" the guests. It is interesting/entertaining and makes you feel so accomplished when they behave.
