Trip redux to come
It's 9:30, and I haven't slept since I got up this morning. I'm so good! Very tired, but hopefully after one more full night's rest I'll be back on PST time.
I've been uploading pictures to an album and I'm about half done with the captioning and sorting. Will write about my adventures once I get that done, probably the next couple of days... ( Read more... ) -

Crap, do I have everything?
I slept surprisingly well last night... no tossing and turning about anything. I leave for the airport in 2 hours. I know I've mentally gone through my bags a gazillion times, making sure I'm not forgetting anything critical. I can't think of anything else I need. Two weeks until I fly far far away...
... I still need contact lenses, and vaccinations against typhoid and hepatitis A. But other than that I feel surprisingly prepared. Go me! -

T minus 21 days
I leave for Thailand three weeks from today! This time on Jan 30th, I'll be somewhere over the big blue ocean, between here and Tokyo. I am SO looking forward to having a sushi dinner in the Tokyo airport during our layover. Yum! Our itinerary, for those who care, is as follows ( Read more... ) -
Yay for electricity
Coming home and seeing the Christmas lights on tonight was such a heartwarming sight. Because it meant I wouldn't have to deal with cold and dark anymore, and my darling will therefore not be a crankypants when he gets home. YAY! That's what it's all about
Last night's show was really fun... the best audience we've had so far, and therefore, the best show (I think). Today is a matinee, so the crowd probably won't be as raucous, but I'm hoping we keep some of the momentum we built up last night. Yay!
