NetBT is Netbios over TCP/IP. I'm confused as to why it's saying it can't relase it, maybe because it's trying to release it's old name on old ip address and setup to wins and can't find your wins server.

What you can try to do is go to start>run then type cmd and hit enter.

A dos (black window with white text) should pop up. You'll want to try to do:
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew

Give that a shot, no guarentees though, haven't heard that exact error message before

I did that first, didn't work. Said there was no adapter to release.
