ok well to let you all know ive started mixed martial arts(UFC) tranning again since the tragic loss of Jason,whom i was tranning with. my good friend/trainner Mark is helping me out now, he also was a good friend of jason's. anyway ive decided to update you all on my progress after each day of tranning. for what reason i dont know, ij ust feel
